A pre-owned Cartier Love necklace in 18kt rose gold and diamond. The necklace features a 17 inch long split cable chain with a lobster clasp and two high polished, interlocking rings stationed at the front. One ring features round brilliant- diamonds and the other features the signature screw-design evenly spaced around the outside.
