A pre-owned Cartier Love pendant in 18kt white gold and diamond The necklace features an adjustable 15-16 inch long split cable chain with a lobster clasp and an interlocking ring, pave diamond pendant at the front. The pendant features an oval-shaped ring on one side with pave diamonds prong-set around the outside. The oval-shaped ring interlocks with a front-facing open circle ring featuring pave diamonds between the signature screw-design engravings which are evenly spaced around the front of the circle. There area total of forty-eight (48) round brilliant-cut diamonds with a combined carat weight of 0.30cts.
